  When? as soon as possible
• If you meet the basic eligibility requirements, you will receive, complete and return the full written application along with a resume and samples of your art pieces or performances--all by email if possible.
  When? applications are accepted in two rounds: no later than April 4, 2008 for the first round and no later than May 2, 2008 for the second round. A third round has just been added! Last deadline May 30, 2008.
• Finalists will be invited to have a telephone interview with the selection committee and to provide contact information for 3 references.
  When? First roundi n April 2008 and second round in June 2008
• All artists will receive notice of the final decision on their application.
  When? August 2008
